To support PHV drivers, we apply a £2.00 Central London Fee to passenger fares for trips in this area.
Eligibility for the £2.00 Fee:
Your trip must:
- Start or end in the Congestion Charge zone, or
- Pass through the Congestion Charge zone
You can track your Central London Fee payments in the Freenow Portal under Invoices > Invoice Summary.
