To support PHV drivers, we apply a £1.50 Central London Fee to passenger fares for trips in this area.
Eligibility for the £1.50 Fee:
Your trip must:
- Start or end in the Congestion Charge zone, or
- Pass through the Congestion Charge zone
You can track your Central London Fee payments in the FREENOW Portal under Invoices > Invoice Summary.
