You no longer need to contact us to have parking fees for the airport reimbursed! It’s now completely automated. Here’s how it will work:
- Passengers will see these fees included in their overall quote when booking for the airport
- The fees will be paid automatically. Don't add this to the metered fare when in-app payment is requested
- You’ll see these fees in your earnings on the app and separated on your invoices
- These fees are commission-free
In the event the requested payment is a 'Non-App Payment' the passenger will see this reflected in the quote before booking. It's up to you to ensure this is charged to the passenger.
Non-App Payment Metered Fares: At the end of the journey add the fee to the metered fare and charge the passenger directly. When completing the journey in the app, enter only the metered fare.

Please note that only the minimum parking fee is covered; any additional charges are at your own expense.
In the unlikely event that your airport parking fee is not automatically applied in the app, complete the following:
- Take a screenshot of the trip
- Send the screenshot to our Driver Care Team via chat.
