How can I update my vehicle registration and driver's licence?

To update your vehicle registration

1. Open the FREENOW app and tap on the three lines icon in the low right corner

2. Go to 'Vehicles' > 'Taxi Registration plate'

3. You will be redirected to the FREENOW Portal. In case you need to log in, use the same username (email address) and password as you do for logging into your app

4. Add your vehicle details here and submit it

If your taxi licence has expired, you will not receive any job offers until this is updated and approved.

To update your driver's licence (bill/badge)

1. Open the FREENOW app and tap on the three lines icon in the low right corner
2. Go to 'Account' > 'Documents'
3. You will be redirected to the FREENOW Portal. In case you need to log in, use the same username (email address) and password as you do for logging into your app
4. Select 'Driver documents' or 'Vehicle documents' and 'Upload new Document'
5. Take a new photo or select one from your device gallery and upload them

Any of these updates will remain pending until approved by our Driver Team. This can take up to 24 hours depending on the time of submission.
