To change the phone number
Open your Freenow app
Go to the main menu (☰) in the bottom right corner
- Select 'Account' > 'Personal information' > 'Phone number'
- Edit your phone number
- Enter your login password to confirm the changes (this is a security step)
- Once the change has been successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email
For security reasons, you can only edit your phone number every 24 hours.
To change the email address
It is not possible to make these changes through the app. All changes to email addresses must be applied by our Support Team.
To chat with us, go to our 'Help' section in the app and open a new conversation. If you need help with a trip, make sure to select the relevant booking.
