You can change your bank details yourself via the app:
- Open the Freenow app
- Tap ☰ (Menu) > Account > Personal details > Bank account
- Add your new bank details (IBAN)
- Tap “Update bank account”
- Enter your password (the one you use to log in to the app)
✅ Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation message within 72 hours once the update is complete.
🚨 Important:
- For security reasons, personal details can only be updated once every 24 hours.
- Double-check your bank details before submitting them; incorrect information may result in payments being sent to the wrong account and funds becoming irrecoverable.
