You can easily change your bank account details through the in-app chat. Follow these steps:
- Open the app
- Tap ☰ (Menu) > Help > Help Centre > Chat
- Select Account Management > Updating and Modifying Your Account > Update IBAN
- Submit your request, and our team will process the change
✅ Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation message within 72 hours once the update is complete.
🚨 Important:
- For security reasons, personal data can only be updated once every 24 hours.
- Double-check your bank details before submitting—incorrect information may result in payments being sent to the wrong account, and funds may not be retrievable.
- This option is only available for Freenow company accounts with one driver.
