This refers to the percentage of trip offers you decide to cancel after initially accepting them, within the past 7 days. Certain cancellations, either initiated by you or the passenger due to uncontrollable circumstances, are excluded from this rate's calculation.
The lower your cancellation rate, the greater the number of trip offers you'll be presented with.
Bear in mind that some quests may require a certain cancellation rate for you to be eligible to participate.
What is the cancellation warning system?
If our system detects that your cancellation rate exceeds the required threshold, you will be allotted a maximum number of cancellations allowed before facing account suspension. We will provide you with regular updates on the remaining number of cancellations before suspending your account.
However, should you fall below the threshold once more, your account will be reset.
Frequent trip cancellations can result in decreased satisfaction, extended estimated arrival times, and a negative experience for our passengers. They may opt for alternative transportation options instead of choosing FREENOW.
