How to join

Book an OCA fitting appointment here. You will be asked to sign a monthly rolling contract on the day your sticker is applied.
If you already have OCA and want to switch to our reduced 12% commission contract, contact our Black Cab office at 02038352177 to replace your current contract.

How to correctly take photos of the stickers on my cab for validation
If you receive a sticker review request or if you want to send us your photos via chat so we can activate your benefits, please follow these instructions:
- First photo: Focus on the front of the car and the driver’s side.
- Second photo: Focus on the rear of the car and the passenger side.
In both photos, the license plate must be clearly visible. Make sure no obstacles are blocking the view and that the lighting is good.

How to submit your OCA photos
If you have received a notification asking you to send photos, please follow the instructions provided there.
If you have recently placed your stickers and wish to send us photos so we can activate your benefits, please send them via the in-app chat:
- Open your Freenow app
- ☰ → Help → Help Centre → Chat
- Select Priority Programme, Loyalty and OCA → OCA > How do I upload photos?
- Attach clear images of both sides of your vehicle and the number plate (JPG or PNG format, max 20MB in size).
Attach your photos, which must be taken following the instructions provided in the previous section of this same article (How to correctly take photos of the stickers on my cab for validation).
Our Freenow Driver Team will review your request. Please keep an eye on your email for confirmation.

I rent my cab, can I join?
Yes, but we recommend getting permission from the vehicle owner before signing up.
Will OCA damage my cab?
No, the stickers won’t damage your paint. They’re easy to remove — any sticky residue can be cleaned with warm water or a hairdryer. If Freenow handles the removal, we cover up to £400 per door for any damage (self-removal isn’t covered).
What if my stickers get damaged or removed?
If you need to take your stickers off for a specific reason, i.e. an accident in the cab, you will be required to book an appointment with our Driver Team to arrange replacements.
