What affects your Priority Score?
Your Priority Score depends on:
- Performance metrics (Acceptance Rate, Cancellation Rate, Passenger ratings)
Loyalty status (Gold/Silver/Bronze based on your monthly trip count)
Boosters (On-car advertising, peak time jobs, driving zero-emission vehicles)
What are the benefits?
The higher your total score, the better your chance of getting:
- More job offers: Drivers with higher scores are prioritised for job offers, ensuring consistent opportunities.
- Faster earnings: Higher scores mean quicker access to more jobs, helping you maximise your income.
- Performance visibility: Clear performance insights and the number of trips completed allow you to track your progress.
How to check my Priority Score
You can find it by tapping the stopwatch icon in your app. This will include a breakdown of each factor contributing to your score.
The Priority Score updates in real-time — whenever one of your tracked metrics changes and impacts your points, your score adjusts instantly.
What happens if my Priority Score drops?
Lower scores may reduce the frequency of job offers. Focus on improving the key metrics to raise your score.
