Freenow Loyalty is a programme for Black Cab drivers that rewards your activity with status-based perks. The more trips you complete in a calendar month, the higher your status next month.
How it works
The more trips you make in a month, the higher your status. The higher your status, the more the rewards! Your status updates monthly. And the benefits are enjoyable immediately once you reach a certain level.
Drivers don’t need to sign up to be a part of Freenow Loyalty. Every driver completing jobs in the Freenow app is automatically signed up.
Status levels:
🥇Gold > 🥈Silver > 🥉Bronze
The higher your status, the more priority points you’ll earn, which will boost your Priority Score above that of lower-status drivers. This means you’ll be prioritised for job allocations, helping you maximise your earnings.
Note: The number of trips needed for each status can change weekly based on demand.

How to track your progress
You can easily track your Loyalty status and rewards right in the app:

Swipe up from the bottom of your home screen and check your status, or

Tap the menu (☰)→ Freenow Loyalty
There, you’ll see your current status, point progress, and info about available rewards.
