To change your driver profile picture, request it via our in-app Chat:
- Open the app and go to ☰ > Help > Help Centre > Chat
- Select Account Management > Account updates & changes > Update account information > Update profile picture
- Send your photo using the "+" (plus) option
The photo must meet the following requirements:
- Passport photo with a neutral background (white or similar) and of good quality (sharpness)
- The face must be fully visible, without sunglasses or hats
- No objects or places in the background
As this photo will be seen by passengers when they book a trip, your photo will only be accepted if deemed appropriate by our Driver Care Team.
It's your responsibility to ensure that you get your photo updated, should you significantly change your appearance.
