How can I change my phone number or email address?

To change the phone number (app version 11.60)

1. Open your app and go to your 'Account' from the menu
2. Select 'Personal information' > 'Phone number'
3. Edit your phone number
4. Enter your login password to confirm the changes (this is a security step)
5. Once the change has been successfully done, you will receive a confirmation email

For security reasons, you can only edit one item of personal information once every 24 hours.

To change the email address

It is not possible to make these changes through the app.

All changes to email addresses must be applied by the FREENOW Support Team. Please send us a message.
