How to add a vehicle to my account

To add a vehicle to your Freenow account:

1. Open your Driver app and tap the three-lined menu in the bottom right-hand corner 
2. Tap 'Account' > 'Documents' 
3. You'll be redirected to the Freenow Portal 
4. Tap the three-lined menu in the top left-hand corner and select 'Vehicles' > 'Add Vehicle' 
5. Follow the instructions on the screen and fill in all your new vehicle details and 'Submit' 

Your documents will be reviewed by our Driver Services Team. Once approved you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that your documents have been approved and you can start receiving jobs.

How to delete a vehicle from my account

To delete a vehicle to your Freenow account:

1. Open your Driver app and tap the three-lined menu in the bottom right-hand corner 
2. Tap 'Account' > 'Documents' 
3. You'll be redirected to the Freenow Portal 
4. Tap the three-lined menu in the top left-hand corner and select 'Vehicles'
5. Under the actions tab you can choose 'Delete"
