If you can't be located on the map/aren't seeing the map, and your phone displays an error message, check that your location services setting is ON. Select your device below:
On an iPhone
- Go to 'Settings' on your device
- Click 'Location'
- Click 'FREENOW Driver'
- Set to 'Always'
If you're using iOS14 and above, make sure 'Precise Location' is switched ON.
On an Android
- Go to 'Settings' on your device
- Select 'Apps'
- Click on 'FREENOW Driver'
- Click 'Permissions' > 'Location' > 'Allow'
Check your app is on the latest version possible (App Store/Play Store) to ensure it's running smoothly.
