Follow-up trips are job offers that you can receive while working on a trip. This will only happen if you've activated this function.
How it works
- A card will show trip details like fare, ETA, distance and pickup point.
- You'll receive notifications even if using WAZE or running the app in the background.
- These trips always have a pre-set destination near your current drop-off point.
- You must manually accept the offer to proceed.
How to Enable 'Follow-Up' trips
Tap ‘Allow follow-up offers’ in the In-Trip bottom screen.
Stopping 'Follow-Up' trips
To pause offers (for a break, refuelling, or ending your shift), tap the button again to activate ‘Pause follow-up offers’.
