The 'Offer Preferences' feature ('Service Type', 'Radius Slider', 'Auto-Accept Nearby Offers' & 'Accept Non-App Payments') gives you greater control and flexibility over the jobs you accept and how you manage them. Access these settings via the icon on the main navigation screen.
Service Type
You can stop receiving requests for specific service types by deactivating them (for example, Taxi Saver). Once deactivated, you will no longer receive offers for those types of journey, although the rest of your journey preferences will remain unchanged.
Radius slider
It lets you set your preferred working area. If you're using this feature for the first time, you'll need to opt-in before adjusting the radius. If you’ve used it before, you'll automatically be opted-in, and your existing radius settings will be retained.
How to use the Radius Slider:
- Tap on the 'Offer preferences' icon on the navigation main screen
- Opt-in (if you haven't already) and adjust the distance by sliding the bar. You can set a radius of up to 8 km
- If your radius is set too small, a warning will prompt you to adjust it for better job flow
Auto-Accept Nearby Offers
Designed to simplify your workflow by automatically accepting regular offers (not follow-up offers) near your current location.
How to set 'Auto-Accept':
- Tap the 'Offer Preferences' icon on the main navigation screen
- Toggle the 'Auto-Accept' feature on, and the app will begin handling nearby pick-ups, saving you time and effort
- If you wish to disable this feature, return to the 'Offer Preferences' page and turn it off
Important: Rejecting the trip offers impacts your Acceptance Rate and will automatically deactivate this option until you manually activate it again!
Accept Non-App Payments
This feature allows you to decide whether or not to accept jobs that pay via cash, debit, or credit, in addition to app-based payments.
How to use the Non-App Payments:
- Tap on the 'Offer preferences' icon on the navigation main screen
- Opt-out of jobs that require cash, debit, or credit payments by adjusting your preferences
- You can enable non-app payments anytime by returning to the preferences page
