Prebook allows the passenger to book their trip up to 90 days in advance.
On the 'Prebooks' page, there are three tabs:
- All: all available bookings along with the urgent pre-bookings (less than 30 minutes until the requested pick-up time) at the top, which will grant you an instant Driver Priority Status once the trip is complete.
- Accepted: The requests you have accepted.
You can also apply filters to help you find the ones you are after: airport jobs, hotel jobs, VIP jobs, business jobs, etc. And sort them by date or fare.
How to accept a prebooked trip
See and choose these jobs following the next steps:
- Tap the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen
- Click on 'All'. A list of jobs showing the pick-up/destination, time and price will be displayed. Tap 'Details' to get more information about the service, such as duration and length to cover, passenger name and rating and bonuses associated
- Select the 'Accept' button if you want to take the offer
Every prebook you accept will be kept in the ‘Accepted’ tab. Use this tab to view and activate them up to 1 hour before the pre-booked time.
How to start a prebooked trip
Start your pre-booked trip by following the steps below:
- Go to the 'Calendar' icon at the bottom of the screen
- Select the ‘Accepted’ tab and select your upcoming prebook
- Tap ‘Start trip’ when you're beginning your journey towards the passenger. If you don't activate the job 30 minutes before the pickup time, you will be forced to start or cancel the trip
When to Tap ‘Arrived’
You can tap ‘Arrived’ up to 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. The rider will be notified, so only tap it when you're actually outside.
Note: The cancellation timer starts at the scheduled pick-up time, not when you tap ‘Arrived’.
Only time after the scheduled pick-up counts toward cancellation fee eligibility. Arriving early is fine, but to qualify for a fee, you must wait the full grace period after the scheduled time.
Note: You can start the trip when you are on your way, up to 1 hour before the prebooked time. Starting your prebook puts you into a job flow like any regular booking.
Prebookings are often important services where our passengers depend on your punctuality and reliability. Please, avoid cancelling a reservation at short notice or being unpunctual.
