Freenow now offers the Instant Cashout service, a feature that gives you more control over your earnings. With Instant Cashout, you can withdraw your balance directly from the Freenow driver app—whenever you need to.
How Instant Cashout works
• Where to find it: Go to the “Balance” tab in the “Earnings” section of the driver app.
• View the details: Before withdrawing, you’ll see:
- The amount available for withdrawal
- Any applicable transaction fees
- How many free withdrawals you have left this month (based on your Loyalty Program tier)
Benefits of the Loyalty Program
Your free monthly Instant Withdrawals depend on your Loyalty status:
• GOLD → 5 free withdrawals/month
• SILVER → 3 free withdrawals/month
• BRONZE → 2 free withdrawal
• STANDARD → Instant withdrawals are not available
Note: Free withdrawals reset every month. Unused withdrawals do not carry over.

If your bank is not included in the list, the transfer can still be made, but it may take up to 2 business days.
Instant Withdrawal Fees
If you make more withdrawals than the free ones offered, a small fee applies: £0.50 per additional withdrawal.
There is no limit on withdrawals per month, but you can only have one withdrawal in progress at any one time.
