How to log in to the Freenow Driver app

To log in:

1. Open the app and tap 'Sign in to an existing account' 
2. Enter your email address as your username
3. Enter your password
4. Tap 'Log in'

How to stay logged into the Freenow Driver account

For that, you'll need to enable the 'cookies' in your phone settings:

• iPhone

Open Settings (gray gear icon) → Scroll down and tap on Safari → Look for "Privacy & Security" → "Block All Cookies": turn the toggle OFF (should be white/gray, not green). 

• Android

Open Chrome → tap the three dots → Settings → Site settings → Cookies: turn the toggle ON (should be green, not white/gray). 

I'm unable to log in to my Freenow Driver account

Logging in may fail for the following reasons:

• You forgot your password > To reset your password:

1. Open the Freenow Driver app
2. Tap 'Sign in' > Tap ‘Forgot your password?’
3. Enter your email and mobile number

Next:

1. You’ll receive a link via SMS (text message) in your mobile
2. Tap on it and enter your new password. The new password must have:

-Minimum 8 characters

-Cannot be your email address

-Must be different from your last 5 passwords

• You're entering your username incorrectly > Your username is always the email you used for signing up. If you need to update it, contact us.
• Your Freenow Driver app is outdated > Download the latest version: Google Play Store (Android devices) / App Store (iOS devices).

If you are still having trouble logging in, please report it to us:

1. Go to our support page and tap the 'Help' button in the bottom right corner
2. Select 'Get in touch' > 'Leave a message'
3. Fill in the form, making sure to use the email address linked to your Freenow account
4. For the main contact reason, choose 'I can't log in to my driver account/Freenow Portal'
5. Our driver team will help you recover access
