How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

1. Open the Freenow Driver app
2. Tap 'Sign in' > Tap ‘Forgot your password?’
3. Enter the email you used for signing up and mobile number

Next:

1. You’ll receive a link via SMS (text message) in your mobile
2. Tap on it and enter your new password. The new password must have:

• Minimum 8 characters
• Cannot be your email address
• Must be different from your last 5 passwords
