What does OCA look like?
OCA stickers are applied to both exterior sides of your vehicle. They're sleek, Freenow-branded, and designed not to interfere with other cab markings.

How to correctly take photos of the stickers on my car for validation
- First photo: Focus on the front of the car and the driver’s side.
- Second photo: Focus on the rear of the car and the passenger side.
In both photos, the license plate must be clearly visible. Make sure no obstacles are blocking the view and that the lighting is good.

How to submit your OCA photos
To send your photos, follow the instructions in the link we’ve sent you by email, or do so via the app.
Whenever you need to do this, you’ll be notified and you’ll see the button to start the process, along with clear instructions on how to take the photos.
Our Driver Care Team will review your photos and email you once they are checked. Please keep an eye on your email for confirmation; this may take up to 7 days. In the meantime, you can continue driving as usual.

I rent my cab, can I join?
Yes, but we recommend getting permission from the vehicle owner before signing up.
Will OCA damage my cab?
No, the stickers won’t damage your paint. They’re easy to remove — any sticky residue can be cleaned with warm, soapy water or a hairdryer.
What if my stickers get damaged or removed?
You should contact us by calling our phone team on 01 485 4642 or visiting our driver's office and we will book you for a branding repair appointment.
