Freenow Loyalty is a programme that rewards your activity with status-based perks. The more trips you complete in a calendar month, the higher your status next month.
How it works
The more trips you make in a month, the higher your status. The higher your status, the more the rewards! Your status updates monthly. And the benefits are enjoyable immediately once you reach a certain level.
Drivers don’t need to sign up to be a part of Freenow Loyalty. Every driver completing jobs in the Freenow app is automatically signed up.
Status levels:
🥇Gold > 🥈Silver > 🥉Bronze
The higher your status, the more priority points you’ll earn, which will boost your Priority Score above that of lower-status drivers. This means you’ll be prioritised for job allocations, helping you maximise your earnings.
Note: The number of trips needed for each status can change weekly based on demand.

Prebook Preference: Higher status means early access to prebook jobs — pick the ones you prefer before others.
Gold Boost: Reach Gold and unlock a boost to keep or restore your Gold status whenever needed.
Priority Points: Higher status = better Priority Score = more day-to-day job offers.
How to track your progress
You can easily track your Loyalty status and rewards right in the app:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your home screen and check your status, or
- Tap the menu (☰)→ Freenow Loyalty
There, you’ll see your current status, point progress, and info about available rewards.

- Stay active during peak hours and events — more demand means more trips
- Expand your pickup radius in quieter times to catch more jobs
- Ask street-hail passengers to ‘Pay with Freenow’ so those trips count towards your points
