Who Needs to Submit Tax Information? (self-employed drivers, fleet partners)
We require tax information from self-employed (individual) drivers or legal entities.
If you're employed by a fleet partner, they will handle the submission on behalf of all drivers on their fleet. However, it's important to stay in touch with them to ensure timely submission and compliance.
If your account has been blocked, please get in touch via the FREENOW driver app and provide the Company Owner's contact information so we can reach out. Once we've received the correct information, your account will be unblocked.
Please make sure the Tax Identification Number you type in is correct:
- Individual Tax Identification Number -> Personal Public Service Number (PPS No) or CHY (non-natural person), Format: 1234567T or 1497955KA or CHY 1234
- Legal Entity Tax Identification Number -> same as Personal Public Service Number (PPS No) or CHY number for non-natural person Format: 1234567T or 1497955KA or CHY 1234 (non-physical person) The letters CHY followed by between 1 and 5 digits.
