It depends on whether you are an individual or a legal entity:
Individual
- Your first and last name
- Your date of birth
- Your primary address
- Your Personal Public Service Number (PPSN)
- If you do not have a PPSN, your place of birth
- If available, your VAT identification number
- The details of the bank account where your Freenow earnings are credited (e.g. IBAN and account holder name)
- If you have a tax residency in another EU member state, the identification of this member state and the respective PPSN
- Your earnings paid or credited by Freenow per quarter
- Any fees, revenue share and taxes, which were withheld or calculated by Freenow per quarter
- The number of trips mediated by Freenow per quarter
Legal Entity
- The official name of the corporation
- Your primary address
- Your Personal Public Service Number (PPSN)
- Your VAT identification number
- Your business registration number
- The details of the bank account where your Freenow earnings are credited (e.g. IBAN and account holder name)
- If you have a tax residency in another EU member state, the identification of this member state and the respective PPSN
- Your earnings paid or credited by Freenow per quarter
- Any fees, revenue share and taxes, which were withheld or calculated by Freenow per quarter
- The number of trips mediated by Freenow per quarter
After the report to the tax authorities, we will provide you with a copy of the reported information by 31st January 2025.

How can Freenow make sure that the information provided is accurate?
Apart from being able to check some of the information in the copies of documents you provided us when you were onboarded, we can make use of governmental tools to verify the accuracy of your PPSN and VAT number.
Freenow can not provide tax advice. We strongly suggest that each driver seek independent tax guidance from a qualified professional to make sure they follow all relevant tax laws and regulations. Tax law application varies significantly depending on individual circumstances.
