If a passenger has trouble paying, follow these steps:
- Ask them to check if their saved card has expired or if there's an error
- Offer to switch the payment method to cash via the app if needed
- Take them to a nearby cash machine
- If they refuse to pay, contact the police
If the passenger still doesn’t pay or leaves without paying, report it immediately via chat:
- Close the service
- Go to ☰ > Help > Help Centre
- Start a new Chat under Earnings > In-trip payment issues > The passenger didn’t pay me/paid me less
We’ll adjust the service fee and reach out to the passenger to resolve the issue.
