If a passenger encounters issues with payment
✔️ Ask the passenger to verify if their saved payment method/card has expired or contains errors.
✔️ If necessary, take them to a nearby ATM to withdraw cash.
If the passenger still doesn’t pay or leaves without paying
Unfortunately, in the event of non-payment, FREENOW cannot assist you in recovering the amount.
- Collecting payment is the driver's responsibility. Before ending the trip, always confirm that the payment has been received.
- The passenger’s selected payment method is displayed on the offer card, so you’ll know in advance how they intend to pay.
- If you prefer to avoid cash payments (available only for Black Cab), you can disable the cash payment option in your account via the 'Offer Preferences' icon on the main navigation screen.

You can block the passenger to ensure you no longer receive trip requests from them.
