The app is unable to pick-up my location

If you can't be located on the map/aren't seeing the map, and your phone displays an error message, check that your location services setting is ON. Select your device below:

• iPhone 
• Android 

On an iPhone

1. Go to 'Settings' on your device
2. Click 'Location'
3. Click 'Freenow Driver'
4. Set to 'Always'

If you're using iOS14 and above, make sure 'Precise Location' is switched ON.

On an Android

1. Go to 'Settings' on your device
2. Select 'Apps'
3. Click on 'Freenow Driver'
4. Click 'Permissions' > 'Location' > 'Allow'

Check your app is on the latest version possible (App Store/Play Store) to ensure it's running smoothly.
