A job should only be cancelled for a valid reason, which may include:
- Passenger with a pet – You may refuse non-service animals, but assistance dogs must be accepted.
- Intoxicated passenger – If the rider is heavily intoxicated and poses a safety risk.
- Abusive behaviour – If the passenger is being physically or verbally aggressive.
- Risk of vehicle damage – If the passenger or their belongings could cause harm to your vehicle.
- Underage passengers – Children under 18 cannot travel alone. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult with explicit consent. 🚨 Important: If you encounter an unaccompanied minor, please cancel the trip and provide the reason in the comments section.
