Get yourself active by following the steps below:
- Open the Freenow app
- Slide the yellow bar at the top of the screen to go 'Free' - the bar will turn green
- Now you are free and online, ready to receive and accept trips
Please note: If your app is set to 'You're busy' (yellow) you will not be able to receive any job requests.
How to accept an offer
- When a job comes through, you will see the pick-up and destination address
- Click 'Accept' at the bottom of the screen to take the job
- Read all the details included in this service. Sometimes, passengers add a message with extra information you must know. Swipe up the offer card and check the below page, 2nd line (under the user's name)
Please note that an extremely low acceptance rate may result in a temporary blocking of your account. Only make yourself available when you actually want to run with Freenow. If you are doing another run outside the app, we advise you to put yourself on ‘Busy’.
How to reject an offer
There is no need to do anything; the job offer will disappear after a few seconds if no action is taken.
