You can reach passengers through Chat or Call.
1. Chat
As long as you are approaching or arriving at the pick-up point, you will be able to chat:
- Tap the chat icon at the bottom of the trip screen
- Type and send your message (e.g., confirm the pick-up point, notify delays, or discuss special needs)
- Push notifications will alert you to replies
❌ When chat becomes unavailable: Once the passenger enters your vehicle and the trip starts.
2. Call
- Tap the chat icon at the bottom of the live booking screen
- Tap the phone icon in the top right corner of the chat page
- Call using the number linked to your FREENOW account
Call availability:
- Drivers can call passengers only after accepting a trip and until the trip is completed.
- Passengers can contact drivers via the app for up to 7 days after the trip.
