Quests are driver incentives designed to boost your earnings by offering bonuses for completing a specific number of rides within a set time frame. Participating in Quests can help maximize your income by taking advantage of these targeted opportunities.
How to Access Quests in the App
To find and track Quests in the app, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the trophy icon at the bottom of the app home page
- Check the available Quests per date to see what opportunities are open to you.
Tracking Your Quests
You can monitor your active and expired Quests by setting the date range to your desired period. Once you select a Quest, you can view its details and track your progress easily.
Completing a Quest
As you complete each ride, the app will inform you of the remaining trips needed to finish the Quest. Upon completing the final task, you’ll receive a notification, and any earned bonus will be added to your next weekly bill.
Terms & Conditions for Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are discretionary payments. Freenow reserves the right to withhold payment in cases including, but not limited to:
- Coordinating offline with a user to receive a ride
- Completing rides without genuine customers
- Using fraudulent rider accounts
- Repeated rides with the same customer where 'Edit Destination' should have been used
- Providing low-quality service
Please note: pre-booked trips are not eligible for bonuses.
Consequences for Breaching Terms
Depending on the severity of the breach, drivers may face the following consequences:
- Removal of bonus payments for affected rides
- Loss of all bonus payments for the pay period
- Suspension from the platform
