You can view a summary of your earnings on FREENOW via the Driver App. To find this summary please follow the steps below:
- Click the wallet button on the home screen menu
- You will be taken through to the 'Earnings' screen. Here you will be able to see all jobs from the last six months including a breakdown of your earnings each week/day
- Select 'View breakdown' to see the different fees of the services done (Tip, Toll, Waiting time, Congestion charge, Cancellation fee, Airport fee, Hotel fee, etc.). You can also access this information individually by selecting the trip on the list
If you are wanting to look at your trips from a specific time period, click on 'Previous layout' and then on 'Filter' to achieve this. Here you can select a given time period, you can also break your earnings down to view total fares, tips and bonuses. The trip history extends up to 6 months in the past.
You will also be able to see whether the services were paid via the app or in cash.
Note that if a customer leaves you a tip, this is added to the final amount of the trip and when applying the commission, this is applied to the total (trip amount + tip).
Each payment made to your bank account, every Tuesday, will be accompanied by a statement sent to your email. This statement will provide you with a breakdown of your completed rides, as well as any bonuses or adjustments. Find all the information in 'How do I read/understand my invoice?'.
Only partner operators or authorised drivers will receive the invoices by email or have access to the FREENOW Portal ("Company" section).
