We’ve launched instant cashout to give you more control over your earnings. You can withdraw your balance directly from the Freenow driver app whenever you need it, with no hidden fees.
How instant cashout works
Where to find it: go to the 'Balance' tab in the 'Earnings' section of your driver app.
See your details: before cashing out, you’ll see the total amount available and how many cashouts you have left for the month.
Payout timing: it usually takes a few minutes, though in rare cases it might take up to 2 days.
Full balance only: you can only cash out your full available balance (your earnings after commission).
Weekly cycle: you can cash out your current week's earnings until Sunday midnight. On Monday, the balance resets to 0 for the normal payout process.
Loyalty program benefits
Access to this feature depends on your status in the loyalty program. Your available cashouts reset at the start of every month and don’t roll over.
Gold: 3 withdrawals per month
Silver: 2 withdrawal per month
Bronze / Standard: 1 withdrawal per month
Fees
There are no fees for using instant cashout in Ireland. All eligible cashouts are completely free.

How much does it cost to cash out?
In Ireland, all cashouts within your loyalty allowance are free.
Can I do more than my monthly allowance?
Currently, the maximum is 2 cashouts per month for Gold drivers and 1 for Silver.
What happens if a cashout is rejected?
You can check the status update within your 'Activity List' in the app to see more details.
Why is my balance 0 on Monday?
Every Monday, the balance resets for our standard weekly payout process.
