How do I download invoices and receipts?

To download your invoices and receipts, you'll need to access these via the FREENOW Portal. 

Invoices

To download your invoices:

1. Sign in to the FREENOW Portal (Company)
2. Select the 3-lined menu icon in the top left-hand corner
3. Select ‘Invoices’ 
4. Use the date filter to select your desired time frame and click on 'Select file'
5. Select one of the three options offered. Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF which you can then save wherever you choose on your own device 

Receipts

To download your receipts, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your FREENOW Portal (Company)
2. Select the 3-lined menu icon in the top left-hand corner
3. Select 'Booking history' 
4. Use the date filter to select your desired time frame and click on the downward-facing arrow when you're ready to download (See Image below)
5. A green banner will appear up the top of your screen, notifying you that 'Your receipts are ready for download'
6. Check the email connected to your driver account - you'll receive a link to download the file
