Unfortunately, we can't issue annual statements due to the commission no longer being deducted from tips.
The current data in total would accurately reflect the driver's earnings, while the weekly invoices would accurately reflect the commission.
The way we export this information, the total fare includes the tip and we cannot subtract this amount.
You can download all your invoices from the Freenow Portal. To access, the portal use the same login details as in the driver app, then select 'Invoices'.
