The Private Hire Driver Licence (also known as a PCO) is the A4 certificate provided by TfL which authorises you to work as a private hire driver in London.
Requirements:
- The photo should be a colour photo of the original document
- The photo should be clear and easy to read
- All four corners of the document must be visible
- The details must match your DVLA Plastic Driver Licence
- If you own the vehicle, the details must match your Private Hire Vehicle Licence (PHVL)
Common reasons for rejection:
- Scanned or black and white photo
- Mistakenly uploading the Private Hire Vehicle Licence (your PCO has your photo on it)
- Mistakenly uploading your badge instead of your Private Hire Driving Licence (PCO)
