Every Tuesday, we will send you three documents to the email address of your licence registered in Freenow so that you can keep track of what happened the previous week.
The system only allows one email address to send all this information.
If you have not received the invoice, verify that your email is correct in the app and check your SPAM or junk mail folder. If your email is correct and you have not received your statement, contact our Driver Care Team via chat.
