No. FREENOW's Terms and Conditions don't allow drivers to share accounts.
If we learn that a driver doesn't match the rider profile displayed on the passenger's app, the account will be immediately suspended pending an investigation. We have zero tolerance for confirmed reports of this nature. A driver found to have breached this policy will be permanently removed from the platform.
In the case of an unconfirmed complaint, drivers will receive a formal warning. Unconfirmed complaints will be tracked through a strike system. Multiple reports of account sharing may result in the termination of a driver's account.
If you suspect someone else is using your account without your permission, please, notify us immediately by submitting a request.
