There are a few things you can do to inform us of any passenger misconduct:
General Complaint
Let us know what happened by raising a ticket via our contact form. Under 'main contact reason' select 'Trip issues', and choose from the following contact reasons:
- The passenger behaved badly
- The passenger didn't pay me / paid me less
- The passenger paid with fake money
Serious Incidents
Please raise a ticket via our contact form selecting 'Dangerous Experience' as a 'main contact reason' and choose the option that best suits your situation.
If you're in immediate danger we encourage you to call the Emergency Services immediately via 112 /999.
Block Passengers
Block a passenger from being paired with you again on the FREENOW app. Find more information on blocking passengers, here.
