If you are a self-employed driver, you can change your bank account details from the app:
- Tap the menu screen (the three lines)
- Tap on Account > Personal information > Bank account
- Add your new bank details (IBAN)
- Tap on 'Update bank account'
- Enter your password (the one you use to log into the app)
- You'll receive a confirmation message when the change is completed (within 72 hours)
Important: always double-check your bank details to make sure they are correct. Any errors could lead to your payment being sent to the wrong bank account, and the funds may not be retrieved.
You can only change your IBAN if your FREENOW company account has only one driver.
For security reasons, you can only edit one item of personal information once every 24 hours.
