Your FREENOW driver ID is an alphanumerical code made up of 4 digits and 2 letters, the last two letters will be your initials. It is unique to every driver.
To locate yours, follow the steps below:
- Open the app and tap the menu button (icon with three horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner of the homepage
- Click on Account > Personal Information
- Locate your driver ID next to FREENOW ID
