What does FREENOW OCA look like and where is applied?

Here is what FREENOW OCA looks like! The stickers will be applied to both sides of your cab.

Will FREENOW on-car branding damage the paint?

The Livery/stickers are very gentle and can be taken off without any damage to the paint.

If anything there may be a slightly sticky residue that can come off with hot soapy water or when removing the sticker use a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive this should make the sticker removal easier/cleaner.

How do I become a FREENOW Brand Ambassador?

To become an Ambassador sign up via this form and our Driver Team will contact you.

What if my FREENOW on-car branding becomes damaged/gets removed?

You should contact us by calling our phone team on 01 485 4642 or visiting our driver's office and we will book you for a branding repair appointment.

How can I submit photos of my FREENOW on-car branding?

Follow the steps below:

Open the app and go to ☰ > Help > Help Centre > Chat
Loyalty program & On car advertising > On car advertising > How do I upload photos of my on-car advertising?
Attach your images - provide 1 image for each side of your cab, ensuring that the taxi registration is also visible.

I rent my car, can I still take FREENOW on-car branding?

If you rent your vehicle we would recommend that you receive permission from the owner before signing up to get FREENOW branding.
