How do I download invoices and receipts?

To download your receipts, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to the FREENOW portal (Company) and select 'Booking history' from the menu bar in the top left-hand corner
2. Use the date filter to select your desired time frame and click on "Download receipt" - downward-facing arrow
3. A green banner will appear up the top of your screen, notifying you that "Your receipts are ready for download"
4. Check the email connected to your driver account - you'll receive a link to download the file

To download your invoices, simply follow the next steps:

1. Sign in to the FREENOW portal (Company) and select ‘Invoices’ from the menu bar in the top left-hand corner
2. Use the date filter to select your desired time frame and click on "Select file"
3. Select one of the three options offered. Your invoice will be downloaded as a PDF which you can then save wherever you choose on your own device or cloud storage
