Every time a passenger cancels the trip and you're eligible for a cancellation fee, you'll receive a notification on the navigation screen, or as a banner notification if you're not in the FREENOW app.
You can also find your total value of cancellation compensations on your invoice summary as well as under your trip overview. Here you’ll find each eligible cancellation fee in your job list, as well as the booking it’s connected to.
Cancellation Fees will be paid out once a week, every week, along with your payments from completed jobs. For further details on when you will be paid, tap here.
