You can visit our Driver Support Centre by making an appointment via our support page:
- Our Driver Centre will be open five days a week for face-to-face support
- Our email support team will aim to respond to these queries within 24–48 hours
We understand that not all queries will require a visit to the Driver Centre, so we do advise that you check our Help Centre information.
There are two ways to contact our Driver Care team:
- Through the Freenow app: access the Help section for instant guidance, quicker solutions and tailored support.
- Via the Help button: located in the bottom right corner of our support page - recommended if you don't have access to the Freenow app.
