If your passenger cancels too late or doesn't show up within 5 minutes, you may be eligible to apply for a Cancellation Fee.
How much are they?
€5 for ad hoc/instant jobs & short prebooks (booked less than 2 hours in advance), or €10 for long prebooks (booked more than 2 hours in advance).

If you fit the Cancellation Fee criteria explained above and would like to claim your fee, please follow the instructions below;
- Click on the 3 lines in the bottom right corner of your home screen within the Driver App (Image 1)
- Select ‘Earnings’ and go to the job for which you wish to claim a Scrub / Cancellation Fee for (Image 2)
- Click on ‘Help’ in the top right corner of the screen (Image 3)
- In the text box, type “Scrub Payment” and press Send (Image 4)
