There are a few things you can do to inform us of any passenger misconduct:
General Complaint
Let us know what happened by raising a ticket via our contact form. Under 'main contact reason' select 'Trip issues', and choose from the following contact reasons:
- The passenger behaved badly
- The passenger didn't pay me / paid me less
- The passenger paid with fake money
Serious Incidents
In serious cases, for instance, if you have been the victim of a crime while driving with FREENOW, you can report the case to our Specialist Team via our 24-hour Emergency Line on 0203 966 2995.
If you'd prefer to report this in writing, please raise a ticket via our contact form. When selecting a 'main contact reason' please select 'Dangerous Experience', and choose the option that best suits your situation.
If you're in immediate danger we encourage you to call the Emergency Services immediately via 999.
Block Passengers
Block a passenger from being paired with you again on the FREENOW app. Find more information on blocking passengers, here.
