Rate your Passengers via the FREENOW Driver app:
We recommend that you use the rating function in your driver app to leave a rating and feedback on your passenger. Once the ride is completed you'll be able to rate your passenger from 1 to 5 stars depending on your experience with them.
Block Passengers from matching with you again:
In the case of a more serious incident, you will also be able to block that passenger from being paired with you again on FREENOW. We proactively monitor passenger ratings and take action against passengers with consistently low ratings.
Reporting Serious Incidents:
- In serious cases, for instance, if you have been the victim of a crime while driving with FREENOW, you can report the case to our Driver Care team.
- We, of course, recommend that in such cases you also inform the Emergency Services immediately via 999.
