If a passenger causes stains in your vehicle from vomiting or other bodily fluids, we'll work with them to resolve the issue.
You should report the incident immediately to our Driver Care team providing:
- Details of the trip.
- A detailed description of what happened.
- At least three photos clearly show the stain, at least one should be close up to show the stain and one further away to see where it is within the car.
- After taking photos, have your vehicle cleaned and send a photo of the receipt. We'll only reimburse you for cleaning relevant to the area of the stain.
We'll investigate this issue with the customer and work towards a suitable resolution for you.
Important: We may not be able to assist if documentation, such as a receipt or photos, isn’t provided, or if we're notified more than 24 hours after the trip ends.
