FREENOW has a web portal through which:
- If you are a driver, you will be able to access all the information related to the services carried out (the same information that appears in the 'Trips' section of the app).
- If you are the company owner (licence holder or authorised), you will also have access to the invoicing for any period and at any time and update documents relating to your vehicle(s) and driver(s).
To log in, follow these steps:
- Open up the FREENOW Portal
- Select the appropriate tab and enter your username and password: for Driver, use the same keys as in your application; for Company, use the data from your registered company account
- Finally, tap on 'Log in'
I'm unable to log into the FREENOW Portal
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password?".
If you still do not have a username and password, or if you have problems accessing the Portal, contact us.
To access the chat open the app and go to ☰ > Help > Help Centre
When logging into either the FREENOW driver app or the FREENOW Portal you'll use the same credentials: email address and password.
If you can't remember your password, then you can reset it by tapping 'Forgot password?'. A new screen will open. Enter your username and tap on the 'Send me the link' button.
