The Freenow Portal is a simple, convenient way to manage your work. If you're a driver or a company owner, here's what you can do through the Portal:
- As a driver: You'll be able to access all your completed services, which is the same info that you see in the 'trips' section of the Freenow app.
- As a company owner (licence holder or authorised): You'll also have access to all your invoicing, and you can update documents for your vehicle(s) and driver(s) at any time.
How to log in
We've made logging in simple and secure. To get started, just follow these steps:
- Open the Freenow Portal here, or via the app: Menu (☰) in the bottom right corner > Account > Freenow Portal
- Select the right tab—driver or company—and enter your username and password
- For driver, these are the same details you use for the Freenow app
- For company, use the login details for your registered company account
- Tap on 'Log in'
I can't log in to the Freenow Portal
You'll use the same email address and password for both the Freenow driver app and the Freenow Portal.
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by tapping 'Forgot password?'. A new screen will open; enter your username and tap the 'Send me the link' button.
