Where does FREENOW operate in the UK?
FREENOW operates in nine cities throughout the UK:

You'll only be able to accept jobs within your licensed area.
For London, this is within the Greater London Area - jobs will not be offered to you if you're outside this area at the time.
For Yellow badge drivers, you'll only be offered jobs within your licensed zones. In regions outside London, jobs will be allocated in line with council regulations.

What are the requirements to become a FREENOW Driver?
Black Cab driver
To join FREENOW as a taxi driver, you must hold the following documents:
- Valid Hackney Carriage License
- UK driver's license
- Vehicle license
We require a photo of your Hackney Carriage License and driver's license which must be provided upon registration and updated via the app when necessary. Check out our instructions on how to update your bill/badge on the app.
PHV Driver
Vehicles must meet all TfL criteria to be registered on the FREENOW service, including a TfL vehicle licence. This includes requirements such as your vehicle being no older than 10 years at the time of the application.
You must also pass our Licence Points Policy, we cannot onboard drivers who have an endorsement for any of the driving offences listed in our policy.
